Our Jewelry Manufacturing Process
1. Requirement and Design Review
The process begins with a product link, reference image, sketch, sample or written brief. We review the intended product, quantity, destination, target market and customization needs before confirming the next step.
2. Material and Construction Confirmation
Brass, stainless steel, 925 sterling silver and natural stone are available across different product categories. Dimensions, closures, components, stone settings and wearability details are discussed according to the design.
3. Finish, Logo and Packaging Planning
Gold-plated, silver-tone and other finish options are confirmed by product. Logo placement, tags, pouches, boxes and other packaging requirements can also be reviewed before sampling or production.
4. Sampling or Product Confirmation
A sample may be arranged for a new or customized design when required. Existing products can be confirmed through their specifications and available details. Feedback and revisions are reviewed before production approval.
5. Production Preparation
The approved product details guide material preparation, components, quantity and production arrangements. Any important requirements should be confirmed before manufacturing begins.
6. Manufacturing and Finishing
Production methods depend on the design and material. Forming, casting, assembly, stone setting, polishing, plating and finishing are applied as required by the approved product.
7. In-Process Quality Checks
Appearance, dimensions, construction, closures, stone security and finishing are reviewed during relevant stages. Issues found during production can be addressed before final packing.
8. Final Inspection
Finished jewelry is checked against the confirmed requirements. The review may include appearance, finish consistency, functional parts, dimensions, stones, product quantity and packaging details.
9. Packaging and Delivery Preparation
Products are packed according to the confirmed order and prepared for delivery. Destination and shipping requirements should be shared when requesting product information or a quotation.
Flexible Order Quantities
Yu & An has no fixed minimum order quantity. Buyers can request one piece, a small test order or larger production quantities. The exact process depends on whether the project uses an existing product, customization or new development.
